We stand behind our products. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Items that have been used, worn, or washed are non-refundable.

If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of delivery, we will replace the item or provide a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns. If an item is defective or we sent the wrong item, Glacial Gear will cover return shipping and replacement shipping.
